Sorrell set for return
Influential Saracens centre Kevin Sorrell makes a timely return to action for the A team tonight just five days ahead of the senior team's EDF Energy Cup semi final showdown with the Ospreys.
The Men in Black have struggled to fill the outside centre position since the evergreen Sorrell suffered an ankle injury in his side's Heineken Cup victory over Glasgow Warriors in January.
However, Sorrell was back in full training last week and starts for the A team's league clash with Bristol at Old Albanians RFC this evening (7.30pm kick off).
Sarries boss Alan Gaffney is likely to give Sorrell between 40 and 60 minutes of action to prove his fitness in readiness for a return to the senior line up in Cardiff.
Also in the starting line up tonight are first teamers Francisco Leonelli, Edd Thrower, Gordon Ross, Moses Rauluni, Kevin Yates, Tom Mercey, Tom Ryder, Iain Fullarton, David Seymour and Paul Gustard. Adam Powell, the promising young centre, is named on the bench.
