Seven Watford players have been called up for international duty, with five of those in 2016 European Championship qualifying action.

Wideman Ikechi Anya is included in Scotland's squad for their qualifier against the Republic of Ireland on November 14. Gordon Strachan's side then take on England in a friendly at Celtic Park four days later.

Scotland are currently fourth in Group D and trail second-placed Ireland by three points, with Poland topping the table and Germany third.

Matej Vydra and Daniel Pudil have both been included in the Czech Republic squad for their Euro qualifier against Iceland on November 16.

The Czechs are level on points with Iceland at the summit of Group A, though the Arctic minnows top the group on goal difference.

Defender Craig Cathcart will look to help Northern Ireland extend their 100 per cent record in qualifying as Michael O'Neill's side travel to Romania on November 14. Three wins from three mean Northern Ireland top Group F - leaving them two points ahead of Romania.

Also in Group F are Daniel Tozser's Hungary, who host Finland in a qualifier on November 14. The Magyars are currently fourth after three matches. Pal Dardai's side are at home to Russia in a friendly four days later.

Jonathan Bond is once again included in Gareth Southgate's England Under-21 squad as the Three Lions prepare for next summer's European Under-21 Championships in the Czech Republic with friendlies against Portugal and France.

England host Portugal at Burnley's Turf Moor on November 13, before travelling to Brittany to face France four days later.

Tommie Hoban is part of the Republic of Ireland's Under-21 squad for friendlies with the USA and Russia in Marbella. Ireland play the United States on November 15 and Russia on the 17th.
