Direction from Watford by Road: Take the A1 all the way until the end of the motorway and join the A184 signposted Newcastle. Take the right hand line and join the A189 and continue forward at Hadrian’s Wall Junction. At Milburn Junction traffic signals continue forward and take the first exit at Gallowgate roundabout.
Direction from Watford by train: Direct trains to Newcastle are available either from Stevenage or London Kings Cross.
Car parking:The best option is to use the pay and displays next to the Metro station and Strawberry pub. On street parking is available around the edge of the city centre.

Where to eat: Marco Polo Italian Restaurant on Dean Street is highly recommended but there are a number of places around the stadium.
Where to drink: There are plenty of pubs which fans can use in the city centre and not far from St James Park.
