Good luck to them.

Be a real test against such a strong side but they'll enjoy the experience and well if Liverpool's Youth team are playing anyway like the their 1st teamers we might have a chance.

Shame it wasn't at the Vic..probably get a decent crowd with all those Liverpool fans in the South!

;)

I was there last night. In fact I think I was 50% of the away end! Good, solid performance and should have won by more. Really encouraging to see the talent that is emerging. Stand out players were Oshodi- totally dominant at centre half, Whichelow- calm midfielder who judging by his looks must be related to Tom Huddlestone (!) and on the wing Mingoia looked exceptional. Quite like the look of Massey too- a big, strong centre forward.

If this previous post doesn't convince you that this person is not a Watford fan then I don't know what. I have never responded to anything on here as others can do it far better than me. I always wondered why some of you rise to this person. It's like you all get off being hooked by him while he gets off on all the response.
I am not replying to him but to all of you who do. Why do you bother?
Maybe you like it or you have nothing better to do. You might accuse me of the same thing!
Just think - nobody, but nobody would ever say this about their youth team.
My advice -leave him alone and ignore and have a better time talking to real Watford fans. Can you.....???

Mr Rick- i have backed your views on numerous occasions but what a negative post when these lads have a chance to play the biggest game of their lives and have dedicated themselves for this and you dismiss them so churlishly-you should be ashamed of yourself!!

A bit late to reply now, but the other away fan was a man of the cloth who lives in Gateshead called Andy. Fair play to him. Between us we made ourselves heard I think.By the way, yes I do live near Hexham so Hartlepool is only an hour away!
