Watford Ladies Elite Under-15 Hornets kept up their 100 per cent winning record with a convincing 7-0 win over Hitchin.

The victory means the Lady Hornets stay tucked in behind Tottenham at the top of Division One with three games in hand.

Watford’s first came by way of an own goal by a Hitchin defender and Alice Gibbons extended their lead just a minute later.

In the second half, Watford dominated with Elles Lord, Keira Thomas-Moore, Holly Holt, Rebecca Evans and Danielle Maloney all adding to the score.

The Under-15 Wasps remain unbeaten in the league but slipped into second place after holding St Albans to a 3-3 draw.

Becky Holmes gave Watford the lead but St Albans equalised just before half time.

In the second period, Ebony Elite put the Wasps in front before Mikhela Treon extended the lead to 3-1.

However the final 15 minutes saw two late goals to snatch two points from Watford’s grasp.

There was better news for Watford’s Under-15 Harts who beat Bishop's Stortford 4-0, with Zoe Bird and Louise Chick bagging a brace each.

An emphatic 9-0 victory over Denham United saw the Under-13 Hornets go two points clear of Tottenham, whilst the Harts could only hold local rivals Garston Ladies Mets to a 2-2 draw.

A superb solo effort form Charlie Clark was all the Under-12s had to show for their 4-1 defeat at the hands of Harpenden Colts.

Grace Langham (2), Beau Partridge (2), Bliss Murray and Erin O’Connor were all on target at the Under-11 Hornets cruised to victory over Bedwell Rangers.

The Under-11 Harts were similarly effective in front of goal, with Emily Rollinger (2), Millie Tugby (2) and Alice Wharlow (2) all doubling up against Bury Rangers.
