Brentford have confirmed Lee Hodson is ineligible for the Bees' FA Cup tie against Bradford City tonight.

Watford defender Hodson joined the former Hornets contingent at Griffin Park on loan on November 22.

The 21-year-old has started once in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and played a further ten minutes in League One during two substitute outings.

Former Hornets Rob Kiernan and Marcello Trotta are also cup tied for Brentford.

I don't know whay he can't play for them. We're hardly going to get past Man City and even if we do, the chances of us needing him are very thin.

Might reduce his value if we're looking move him on in January

Probably got the hump because they have given him such little game time then want to cup tie him.

If he is moved on in January which I would be a little surprised, this would also reduce his value.
