Watford-target Robbie Brady has joined Hull City from Manchester United

Watford Observer: Picture: Action Images Picture: Action Images

Watford-target Robbie Brady has completed his move from Manchester United to Championship side Hull City.

The Hornets are understood to have made a £2m bid for the 20-year-old but he has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal at the KC stadium.

Brady has spent the majority of the last 18 months on loan at Hull during two separate spells.

The Republic of Ireland international made 41 appearances last season, scoring three times but returned to Old Trafford in the summer.

He made his solitary United outing as a substitute in the Carling Cup earlier in the campaign before rejoining Hull on loan in November.

Very encouraging that we are making such bids even though losing out on this one. Hull were bound to be the front runners if he has been on loan there for the past 18 months.

Anyway, no suprise really as Hull are looking good for auto promotion and he's already there!
Nice to see the club can look at spending good money on good players however I do think there are better players in this league then Brady!
Trotter will be a good signing and would compliment the midfield playing alongside Abdi
Also anyone heard if there is any progress in permenant deals to sign Abdi, Vydra, Ekstrand, Pudil and FF?

Lol. For Brian's sake who's this Petchey bloke? I think he's Gianluca in disguise.

I'm glad about all the big cash rumours but I'm sure the Pozzos are just trying to raise prices and make the other clubs pay over the odds while keeping our existing squad on their toes. My brian that was a long sentence. Who knows maybe we'll splash the cash on someone good. It's all good news. Means they trust Zola.

Sadly we've got no chance. His assessor comes to monitor him regularly. In today's market he's already surpasses the two million barrier.

Chelsea rate him very highly, but no surprises there!
But I went to B and Q earlier and see lots of Planks in store and deadwood milling around. Thought I saw Aidy Boothroyd talking to them....

Although i appear to have missed all the fun!

Petchey, how you took LD's comment and changed it into that context i do not know. I will just assume you are a 50 year old bloke, livin at home wiv ya mum, not nearly as good lookin as me and very lonely, lookin for attention.

Well you got it, unfortunatly the wrong kind.

Regarding the club, it is great to be linked with not only, young English talent but also with serious money for our level! Just goes to show the Pozzo's are serious!

Not counting Emanuel Badu, the perfect player for us is Tom Huddlestone... Tall, Stockey, Powerfull, Runs all day, Young, English, Exceptional passer, Good at tackling and will get a goal or two. Plus Tottenham want him gone, He is local and what a coup it would be!

Talking of pubs, I have certainly had a few beers in some right old dumps.
Robert Peel, Railway Tavern which was attached to Lower High St. Station, The Highwayman, Daleys Whippendell Rd. Oddfellows Arms. Doubt very much if there was a woman in any of them! Anyone else know a dump?
