Watford boss Gianfranco Zola has been nominated for the Championship Manager of the Month award for September but faces stiff competition from former Hornets boss Sean Dyche.
Zola’s side recorded three wins and a draw in their four league fixtures last month which helped Watford move into the play-off positions.
Dyche, who is now in charge of Championship leaders Burnley, has also been nominated as have Millwall manager Steve Lomas and Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson.
The winner of the award will be announced on tomorrow.
