Watford went down to a 2-1 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in their first league visit to Hillsborough, a late Terry Garbett goal after his well timed run met Walley's cross provoking a frantic final few minutes.
Earlier in the game, Watford's Mike Proctor briefly left the field having apparently believed that he had been dismissed for a retaliatory foul, only to be re-admitted.
