Two years ago today Hornets striker Troy Deeney scored a goal that Watford supporters will never forget.

It came in the Championship play-off final second leg against Leicester City.

The tie was level at 2-2 when Anthony Knockaert tumbled in the penalty area under minimal contact from Marco Cassetti.

It was a dive but it won the visitors to Vicarage Road a 95th minute spot kick.

Knockaert stepped up from 12 yards. Had he converted then Leicester would have been going to Wembley.

Instead Manuel Almunia saved the Frenchman’s penalty and denied the wideman’s second attempt.

What followed was extraordinary.

Words do not do it justice, so watch the video below and relive the emotions of a truly incredible two minutes of football.
