Premier League leaders Manchester City are overwhelming favourites to defeat Watford at the Etihad Stadium tomorrow.

It will take the most optimistic fan to predict an away win and even odds of 14/1 with Betfred fail to appeal.

The draw has some merit at 6/1 (Paddy Power) considering Watford have been held in their last two league matches.

But City are flying after winning their first three games without even conceding. It's easy to see why they are just 2/9 with Coral to win but there may be better ways of backing the hosts.

The Hornets have failed to score in their last three matches, including the midweek loss at Preston, so the best bet of the game has to be Man City to win to nil at 21/20 (Coral).

Sergio Aguero netted a hat-trick in the sides' last meeting which was a 4-2 FA Cup win in January 2014.

The Argentine striker has to be in the reckoning for the first goalscorer at 11/4 (Betfred) and I couldn’t put anyone off backing him to net anytime at 4/6.

Watford have kept back-to-back clean sheets in the league so this may not be the thrashing some expect. Under 3.5 goals is worth a bet at 5/6.
