Striker Obbi Oulare has agreed a five-year contract at Watford after the Hornets completed his permanent signing from Club Brugge.
Oulare, 19, broke into the Brugge first-team last season and made 22 appearances for the club, scoring seven times.
A Belgian Under-21 cap, 6ft 5in Oulare spent time with FC Brussels, Anderlecht, Lille, ES Wasquehal and Standard Liege in his youth career before moving to Brugge in 2013.
His breakthrough season with Blauw-Zwart saw Oulare win the Belgian Pro League and Super Cup, finishing as runner-up in the Belgian domestic cup.
Saturday's 7-1 thrashing of former side Standard was Oulare's final appearance for the club and he signed off with a goal.
The young forward also featured against Manchester United in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League play-off tie against Brugge. He was an unused substitute in last Wednesday's 4-0 defeat for Brugge in Belgium.
