There may be a firm favourite for who wins this vote for Watford's star performer on the south coast in yesterday's 1-1 draw at Bournemouth but make sure you influence the outcome by having your say below.

Heurelho Gomes dominated the post-match Hornets headlines for his late save to keep out Glenn Murray's penalty and ensure Quique Sanchez Flores' men left the Vitality Stadium with a point. But the goalkeeper also excelled moments before the spot-kick was controversially awarded when he went full length to keep out Steve Cook's superb overhead effort from the edge of the penalty area.

Of Watford's outfield players, not many of those wearing yellow produced particularly strong individual displays, although Odion Ighalo gratefully capitalised on Artur Boruc's mistake just before half time to equalise and was also able to trouble the Cherries rearguard with his ability on the ball and eye for goal.

The Hornets defence has been the stand-out area of the team this season but yesterday it was uncharacteristically shaky as a unit at times. Craig Cathcart started the game very well and while he was unable to maintain his performance level throughout the whole game, he remained the best performer in the back four.
