Watford midfielder Adlene Guedioura completed his first 90 minutes since April on Saturday as he helped Algeria fight back to record a 2-2 draw against Tanzania in a 2018 World Cup qualifier.
The 30-year-old joined the Hornets from Crystal Palace in the summer but has only made four substitute appearances for Quique Sanchez Flores' side this season.
However, he earned a recall for Algeria and was thrust start into the starting XI at the weekend.
Algeria found themselves two goals behind after 55 minutes following goals from Elias Maguri and Mbwana Samatta but a quick fire brace from Islam Slimani ensured the points were shared.
The return fixture between the two sides is scheduled to be played tomorrow evening.
