Watford striker Odion Ighalo is expected to remain at the club until the end of the season following the death of his father.
Paul Ighalo passed away this morning in Nigeria but his son is unlikely to return to his family until after the final Premier League game against Sunderland on May 15.
Ighalo told ESPN FC: "A few days ago, he complained of weakness. He was taken to hospital for treatment. This morning, he died in his sleep.
"The season is almost over, and it might be a while before all the funeral arrangements are complete, so although I will continue to stay in close contact with my family over there, I will be here with my club until then."
