Watford defender Craig Cathcart has been named in Northern Ireland's provisional squad for Euro 2016.

The centre-back is one of 28 players in the squad which will play Belarus on Friday, May 27.

Former Watford defender Lee Hodson has also been picked in the group for next week's friendly.

Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill will then reduce the squad to 23 players by the deadline at the end of this month.

Watford midfielder Valon Behrami has also been selected in Switzerland's 28-man provisional squad for next month's tournament in France.

Behrami has not played for the Hornets since last month's defeat at West Ham United. He missed the last few games of the season due to a rib injury.
