Watford forward Adalberto Penaranda came off the bench for Venezuela in their opening 1-0 Copa America win over Jamaica last night.
The winning goal came from Josef Martinez in the first half of the match in Chicago.
Penaranda, who signed for Watford in the January transfer window, was brought on in the 77th minute for Venezuela.
Their next match in the competition is against Uruguay on Thursday.
Watford defender Daniel Pudil came on in the 71st minute of the Czech Republic's 2-1 friendly defeat to South Korea.
Pudil's team start their Euro 2016 campaign a week today with a match against holders Spain.
