Watford have announced a combined schedule of ten pre-season friendlies for their Under-21 and Under-18 teams.
Starting with the short trip to St Albans City on Saturday, July 16 at 3pm, the Under-21s are due to play four pre-season games, while the Under-18s have the first of six friendlies the day before at Bristol Rovers at 2pm.
Following the St Albans fixtures, the Under-21s will take on Chivas USA on Tuesday, July 19 at a home venue to be confirmed and then travel to Maidenhead United on Saturday, July 23 (3pm) and Worthing on Saturday, July 30 (3pm).
The Hornets’ Under-18’s second friendly is at Southend United on July 23 (10.30am) followed by a short journey to Berkhamsted Town on Tuesday, July 26 (7.30pm).
David Horseman's youngsters are then due to visit Swindon Town on July 30 (10.30am) and Chelsea on Tuesday, August 2 (noon), while a final friendly is also scheduled for Saturday, August 6 against an opposition to be confirmed.
