Watford head coach Walter Mazzarri admits his decision whether to hand a first start to Isaac Success against Bournemouth could hinge on the forward's fitness.

Success was arguably the only positive from Monday's defeat at Burnley after he impressed as a substitute.

The powerful Nigerian is still waiting for his first competitive start but his form from off the bench is only increasing the calls for him to be brought into the side.

Ahead of tomorrow's home game, Mazzarri said: “Success is a player that didn’t do the whole preparation with the team during the summer. There are many things that we have to consider.

"If he starts we have to consider as well if he’s got the whole 90 minutes in the legs or not. We’ve got three substitutes to use and we have to decide who starts with the first team and who will come on as a substitute."

The Hornets boss added: “I agree with you that Success is a player that has a lot of quality and when he came on as a substitute he has always had a great impact on the game."
