Brazilian hotshot Richarlison is already eyeing a summer move away from Watford, according to sources close to the player, but he is going nowhere in the January transfer window.

National media reports have stated conversations have already begun between the 20-year-old's representatives and Chelsea and Arsenal, but we understand there has been no formal contact from either club.

The Hornets are undestandably desperate to keep one of their biggest stars at Vicarage Road as long as possible, and have laid down a marker by stating they will not be forced to sell anyone during January, despite big-money interest from China as we previously reported.

There has been no development over a transfer further down the line but sources are in little doubt Richarlison, who currently earns a relatively small £20,000 a week, will leave Watford in the summer.

The 20-year-old hit the ground running when he joined the Hornets for £11.5 million from Fluminense in the summer, notching four assists and three goals in his first 10 games.

It was even suggsted he would earn a call-up to Tite's Brazil squad for their game against England at Wembley in November.

But since that snub, his form has tailed off, without a goal to his name since Watford beat West Ham at Vicarage Road on November 19.
