It has been a busy week for young Hornets on loan and it will be another important few days for a couple of Watford scholars and young professionals.
First-year pro Adam Thompson will hope to feature for Brentford tonight when they take on Carlisle United live on Sky Sports.
Scholars Tommie Hoban and Connor Smith also have an important FA Trophy third round replay tomorrow night when Wealdstone take on Conference South side Dartford - kick-off at Grosvenor Vale is 7.45pm and tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £2 for under-16s.
Both players were part of the Stones side who beat Aveley 5-2 at the weekend. Gordon Bartlett's team have a strong ex-Watford contingent, with Jonathan North, Kurtney Brooks, Peter Dean and Scott Fitzgerald all part of the squad.
First-year pro Britt Assombalonga also had a hugely successful spell at Grosvenor Vale recently and his record of nine goals in 11 games secured a loan move to Conference side Braintree Town.
Assombalonga was suspended for Saturday's match after he scored on his debut but was then harshly sent off for diving when he was brought down in the box in the dying minutes.
Three of Watford's second-year scholars have joined Harrow Borough on a temporary basis and two played in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Bury Town.
Jack Bonham, who has already signed a pro deal with the Hornets, was in goal for Harrow and midfielder Stephan Hamilton-Forbes came off the bench after with 12 minutes remaining. Defender Aaron Tumwa was an unsued sub.
Bonham has signed on loan until March 12 and Tumwa and Hamilton-Forbes have joined on youth loans, which means their agreements can continue until further notice.
Midfielder Chez Isaac played the full 90 minutes for Tamworth against Luton Town and second-year professional Matty Whichelow was unable to stop Wycombe Wanderers losing 2-0 to Walsall.
As for the older professionals, Rene Gilmartin made his Crawley Town debut during the 2-0 defeat to Stoke City in the FA Cup and Scunthorpe United loanees Josh Walker and David Mirfin both played the full 90 minutes in the 3-1 win over Leyton Orient.

Glad to hear that they are all getting good experience.
Shame about the previous comments.
Sean good to see you are lending out our future prospects but how about spending time on present needs and borrowing a couple of players.
Man U have a spare keeper, ryan Noble available assuming he is prepared to come here after Malky's treatment of him and there are a few players at both QPR and Bolton we might try and get hold of.

Let's hope he can improve his control before he returns to Watford.
