These beautiful photos capture the frost which settled across much of south west Hertfordshire today.
Many people woke this morning to gleaming sunshine and blue skies, with a white layer coating many houses, roads and cars.

Forecasters say temperatures are set to fall towards the end of this week – in what could spell the start of what is traditionally a cold spell.
Met Office records show that the coldest January temperatures have been recorded towards the end of the month nine times in the past 15 years.
