A taxi driver was racially abused in St Albans.
At around 10pm on Saturday , a man approached a stationary taxi in St Peters Street and reportedly racially abused the driver before making off.
Hate Crime Officer PC Donna Horwood said: “The incident caused the taxi driver to feel alarmed and distressed. This man was believed to be in the area at the time of the incident and I am keen to trace him as he may have information that could assist the investigation.”
