A man who has been charged with kidnap and affray will appear in court in August.
Waqaas Hussain, 20, of Weatherby Road, Luton, was charged with kidnap and affray after a man was found by police in Sparrowswick Ride, in St Albans.
The man was found in February with minor injuries.
Hussain will appear at St Albans Crown Court on August 21.
