A man has been arrested for stealing items from cemeteries.
The 33-year-old man from St Albans was arrested after numerous items were stolen from graveyards in the borough of Broxbourne between Thursday July 6 and Saturday July 8.
Ornaments of personal value including brass and bronze statues left near headstones were taken from Hoddesdon and Cheshunt cemeteries.
The man has been released while investigations continue.
