The A1081 Luton Road, where roadworks are to take place
Works are to begin on a main road through Harpenden today.
The A1081 Luton Road, between the Rail Bridge and junction with Cooters End Lane, will operate with three-way lights during the day as drainage works take place along the road.
The lights will be in operation between 9.30am and 4pm, though at some points along the road these will be left for 24 hours.
The works begin today and are expected to continue until September 22, with the works managed under two-way lights from September 4.
