James Bierman is wanted
Police are looking for Elton James Bierman who is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence terms.
The 40 year old has links to St Albans, Tring, and Luton.
Anyone who recognises Bierman and knows of his whereabouts should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101.
