The First Of Its Kind

After local residents informed the Better Communities Fund (BCF) they wanted better facilities at Meriden Park, the BCF approached Watford Borough Council for permission to provide equipment on their land. On 6th February this year work commenced with the construction of a Sports Legacy Project on the Meriden Park, within one of our largest housing estates and should complete sometime in mid April 2012. Specially designed by Prodludic, one of the UK’s leading providers of outdoor play and sports equipment, the BCF are on schedule to deliver this Inter-Generational Sports Legacy.
