Last week witnessed the first Musical Production of The Bushey Academy, the long a waited grand debut of High School Musical. The stage was set, the lights were up and the band were poised for the three spectacular sold out nights.
The cast have been putting blood, sweat and even tears into this since December and were all set to put on a very polished, extravagant performance which would amaze the entire community.
Behind the scene there were Pom-Poms, make up and a lot of nerves; to the amazement of the men everyone had to wear Mascara; what a boost of masculinity that was for us.
The director of this grand production was Mr. Wride who was exceedingly happy to put all of this behind him however he did show an enormous amount of emotion as well as tears on the last ever night, Mr. Wride has put an massive amount of effort into this Production and was rather proud of the outcome.
This was a wonderful way of showing the community the hard work The Bushey Academy have been through this past year and how proud we actually are to belong.
I’m sure everyone in this whole school production will agree with me the juice was definitely worth the squeeze.
