Not actually sure if the enteral feed is improving or not. managing a stoma after a bowel transplant isn't easy...

I ended up back in hospital for a few days after the doctor's discovered bacteria overgrowth in the new transplanted bowel.

Today was the start of a new feed. After a good couple of hours things reverted to type. It isn't easy being a Bowel Transplant patient.

It was back to Oxford for a full bowel transplant review. On going problems with the feed are fairly complex to sort out.

After 22 operations for crohns disease I had to have a bowel transplant. This is my journey through the transplant and I hope that it will help others who suffer with IBD to know they are not alone.
