BLACKLEY PETER Passed away peacefully on 3rd April 2019, aged 78 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, Monday 29th April at 1.15pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Peter to a charity of your own choice.
