Barbara Joyce OWEN MBE Barbara sadly passed away after a short illness on Monday 23rd December 2019, aged 98 years. She is mourned and greatly missed by her daughters Helen, Sarah and Jane and by her wider family, friends and colleagues. She had led a full and active life to the last. Her funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 10th January at 10.40 am followed by a service of Thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Rickmansworth at 1 pm.
