HARPER Ivor Roy Passed away peacefully on 31st December 2019 aged 86 years A loving Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Thursday 16th January 2020 at 1.20pm. My name is Lisa, I work in a store in Apsley & became friendly with two of our regular customers. One of which was Ivor Harper. I really would love to hear from his daughter, Alison. I’m so so sorry for your loss, he was lovely man who was always so happy. I’m so sad that I never got to see him again.
