Theresa Sweeney (Née Gill) (Née Connolly) Sadly passed away Friday 10th July 2020 aged 75. Sadly missed by her children Mary, Raymond, Patrick, Nigel & Darren, 9 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren and all of her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 29th July 3.20pm at West Herts Crematorium. No Flowers. Donations if desired can be made payable to: Cancerresearchuk.org/donations.
