John Oakley-Smith JP of Webster Court, Rickmansworth Died at Watford General Hospital on Wednesday, 12th August 2020 aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Valerie, father, grandfather and great grandfather and past chairman of Three Rivers District Council, will be sadly missed by all. No flowers please.
