JOHN MICHAEL WATTS Former Mayor of Watford from 1989 - 1990. Passed away peacefully on Friday 1st January 2021, aged 86 years. Loving husband of Sheila, Dad of Paul and Lynn, father-in-law of Bill, Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Due to restrictions, the funeral will be family only. Donations in John's memory may be made to The Peace Hospice or The Royal British Legion.
