Chalk Dennis William In loving memory of Dennis Chalk who sadly passed away at Watford General Hospital on 30th December 2021. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 69 years Patricia, sons Malcolm, Paul and partners, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Dennis worked at Leavesden Hospital for 40 years before enjoying a long and happy retirement with his wife Pat. The funeral will be held on Tuesday 1st February 11:40 at West Herts Crematorium, Garston.
