THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LOCAL PLANNING) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012: CONSULTATION ON WATFORD HIGH STREET (NORTH) AND CULTURAL HUB DRAFT MASTERPLAN AND THE DRAFT STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Watford Borough Council is consulting on two documents: 1) the Draft Masterplan for the regeneration of the northern part of Watford town centre and 2) the Statement of Community Involvement which sets out how the council will engage with the community on planning issues. The consultations will take place for eight weeks from 19 July to 13 September 2019. Residents and local businesses are invited to send through their comments on both documents.
The Draft Masterplan and a related online questionnaire are available at: www.watfordtownimprovements.co.uk
Further information about the Statement of Community Involvement is available at: www.watford.gov.uk/ info/20168/planning_policy/816/consultations
Hard copies of both documents will be available to view in the Town Hall reception area along with a ‘drop in’ exhibition. Details about staffed exhibitions for the Draft Masterplan will be published on the above website.
Responses to the Draft Masterplan and Statement of Community Involvement can also be submitted by email: strategy@watford.gov.uk and by post to Planning Policy, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, WD17 3EX. Telephone queries should be directed to the Planning Policy team at 01923 278263.
