(KEMP PLACE, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (KEMP PLACE, BUSHEY) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions and resident permit parking to improve road safety, reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking and increase the available provision of resident parking places.
SCHEDULE
Lengths of roads within Kemp Place - No Waiting at Any Time
Sections of Kemp Place as set out in the Order and shown on the plan(s) to that Order.
Lengths of road designated as Parking Places Resident Permit Holder (Zone VA) Monday to Saturday 8am to 6:30pm
Sections of Kemp Place and Montague Hall Place as set out in the Order and shown on the plan(s) to that Order.
Lengths of road designated as Parking Places Limited Waiting and On-Street Pay and Display maximum 1 hour, no return within 2 hours Monday to Saturday 8am to 6:30pm
Sections of Kemp Place as set out in the Order and shown on the plan(s) to that Order.
Eligible addresses for Permits
Kemp Place-ALL Montague Hall Place - ALL
Allocation of Permits and Charges
Resident Permits - Maximum 4 per property - 1st permit = £25, 2nd permit = £40, 3rd permit = £70, 4th permit = £100.
Visitors Parking Permits - £5 per book of 20 visitors permits
Visitors Annual Permits - £40 per year
