Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

20/0619/HSE/LG: 39 Melbourne Road, Bushey, WD23 3LL. Conversion of loft to habitable room with half hip to gable roof alterations, rear dormer and 2 x front roof lights. Reason: Conservation Area.

20/0614/VOC/PHA: Birchville Court, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 1PB. Application for variation of Condition 19 (Plans) to allow for changes to layout design following grant of planning permission: 19/0101/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
