(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN GEDDES ROAD, BUSHEY) ORDER 2020

HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN GEDDES ROAD, BUSHEY) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Geddes Road, Busheyfrom its junction with Sutdiffe Close north eastwards and eastwards to its junction with Little Bushey Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 66m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Sutdiffe Close, Turner Road, Harcourt Road, Reddings Avenue, Coldharbour Lane and Little Bushey Lane. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BOTTOM LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bottom Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Bucks Hill north westwards to a point in line with the western boundary of 'Briars Cottage' ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 778m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Quickmoor Lane, Commonwood and Bottom Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 November 2020 the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN FLAUNDEN, BELSIZE AND SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Black Robins Lane, Flaunden/Flaunden Lane, Belsize from its junction with Birch Lane south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 783m.
An alternative route will be via Birch Lane, Bragmans Lane and Flaunden Lane.
2. that length of Flaunden Lane, Belsize from its easternmost junction with Bragmans Lane north westwards, south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 700m.
An alternative route will be via Bragmans Lane and Flaunden Lane.
3. that length of Bragmans Lane, Sarratt from its easternmost junction with Flaunden Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 325m.
An alternative route will be via Flaunden Lane and Bradmans Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SHADY LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Shady Lane, Watford from Its junction with Clarendon Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road, Wellington Road, Westland Road and Shady Lane or via Shady Lane, Westland Road, St Johns Road, A412 St Albans Road, Station Road and Clarendon Road.
The Order is needed because highway improvement works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.1024 St Albans Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 37m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A405 North Orbital Road, A41 North Western Avenue and A412 a Albans Road. The Order is needed because water service maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 20 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MOOR LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Moor Lane, Sarratt from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.3 'Albert Cottage' north eastwards for a distance of approximately 61 m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Moor Lane, Dawes Lane, The Green and Moor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hartsboume Road, Bushey from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.2 Hartsboume Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 63m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Hartsboume Road, A4140 High Road, California Lane, Giant Tree Hill, Finucane Rise, Gleed Avenue and Hartsboume Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, WATFORD) (20 MPH ZONE) ORDER 2020 THE HERTFORDSHIRE (LEGGATTS WAY, ELM GROVE AND DELL ROAD, WATFORD) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce 20mph speed restrictions in parts of Watford as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Orders will come into effect on Monday 21 December 2020.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are held on deposit from 13 November 2020 to 29 December 2020 at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford. SCHEDULE 1:20 mph zone - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Entire lengths of Acorn Place, Ash Tree Road, Beech Road, Beechwood Rise, Berry Avenue, Brush Rise, Cherry Tree Road, Chestnut Walk, Foxhill, Fuller Gardens, Fuller Road, Hazel Tree Road, Lea Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue, Middle Ope, Nicholas Close, Oakdene Road, Pomeroy Crescent, Thrums and Woodside. The following roads are effected as stated: Middle Way between Beechwood Rise and The Harebreaks; Longspring between St Albans Road and The Harebreaks; St Georges Road between Fuller Road and The Harebreaks; Maude Cresent between St Georges Road and The Harebreaks.
SCHEDULE 2:20 mph speed limits - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Entire lengths of Elm Grove and Dell Road and that section of Leggatts Way between The Harebreaks and Gammons Lane.
