(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER 2021

NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from a point 50m south west of its junction with Dimmocks Lane south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 300m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, The Street, The Common, Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane and Sarratt Road.
The Order is needed because customer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9 February 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SUMMERHOUSE LANE, ALDENHAM) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham from a point 59m north east of Us junction with Hilfield Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 60m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Summerhouse Lane, Hilfield Lane, B462 Radlett Road, Primrose Lane and Summerhouse Lane.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 February 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Garsmouth Way, Watford from its junction with York Way south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Meriden Way, a distance of approximately 406m.
An alternative route will be via York Way and Meriden Way.
2. that length of Meriden Way, Watford from its junction with York Way south westwards, southwards and south eastwards to its junction with Westlea Avenue, a distance of approximately 451 m.
An alternative route will be via York Way and Westlea Avenue.
3. that length of Westlea Avenue, Watford from its junction with A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way north eastwards for a distance of approximately 114m. An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), A412 St Albans Road, Garston Lane, The Gossamers, York Way and Westlea Avenue.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 January 2021for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A411 LOWER HIGH STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the west side of A411 Lower High Street, Watford from its junction with the A4008 Bushey Arches roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 130m ("the Footway"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the west side A4125 Eastbury Road, the footway situated on the west side A4008 Pinner Road, the footway situated on the west side of A4008 Aldenham Road, the footway situated on the north side A411 Chalk Hill, the footway situated on the east side of A411 Lower High Street, the footway situated on the west side of A411 Wateriields Way and the footway situated on the west side A411 Lower High Street. The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed on or near the Footway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footway. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOUDWATER LANE, LOUDWATER) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from its junction with Loudwater Drive south westwards for a distance of approximately 220m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Loudwater Lane, The Green, A412 (Scots Hill/Park Road), A404 Chodeywood Road and Loudwater Lane. The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A5135 ELSTREE WAY AND THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A5135 ROWLEY LANE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from its southernmost junction with A5135 Rowley Lane south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 35m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way).
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the west side of A5135 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with the 'BP Garage' exit road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 46m ("the Footway").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the west side of A5135 Rowley Lane, the footpath situated on the north side of 'Travelodge' and the footway situated on the east side of A5135 Elstree Way. The Order is needed because utility installation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from Bushey Mill Lane into the northbound carriageway A412 St Albans Road, Watford, whilst works are in progress and signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A411 The Avenue/A4l 1 Beechen Grove roundabout and A412 St Albans Road.
2. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from the southbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road into Longspring, Watford, whilst works are in progress and signs are in place.

An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A41 North Western Avenue roundabout and A412 St Albans Road. The Order is needed because foul sewer maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Phillipers, Watford from its junction with Fairfolds north westwards for a distance of approximately 95m ("the Road"), except for
An alternative route will be via Fairfolds, Bowmans Green and Phillipers. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DURBAN ROAD WEST, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Durban Road West, Watford from its junction with Burton Avenue eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Whippendell Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 122m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Burton Avenue and Whippendell Road. The Order is needed because utility works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 28 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
