HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BEDFORD STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bedford Street, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 March 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GYPSY LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Gypsy Lane, Abbots Langley from a point in line with the western boundary of No.40 Gypsy Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road"). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because telecom maintenance and repair works are proposed to be executed near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 March 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PARK ROAD, BUSHEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Park Road, Bushey from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.35 Park Road south westwards to a point in line with the southern boundary of No.33a Park Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 19m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Park Road, Herkomer Road, Falconer Road, A411 High Street and Park Road. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 13 March 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act I984,the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A4008 Aldenham Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill south westwards to its junction with Edinburgh Mews, a distance of approximately 86m.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Chalk Hill/London Road/ High Street/Sparrows Herne/Elstree Road), A409 (Heathbourne Road/Common Road/Brookshill), A410 Uxbridge Road and A4008 (Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road).
2. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the southbound carriageway of B462 Aldenham Road, Watford from its junction with The Larches south westwards to its junction with A411 Chalk Hill, a distance of approximately 91 m.
An alternative route will be via B462 (Aldenham Road/Hartspring Lane), A41 North Western Avenue, A4008 Stephenson Way and A411 (Waterfields Way/Lower High Street/Chalk Hill).
3. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from A411 Chalk Hill into A4008 Aldenham Road, Watford whilst works are in progress.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Chalk Hill/London Road/ High Street/Sparrows Heme/Elstree Road), A409 (Heathboume Road/Common Road/Brookshill), A410 Oxbridge Road and A4008 (Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road).
The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 February 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However,
the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROWLEY LANE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER N0.2 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with Well End Road north eastwards to its junction with Holmshill Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 1294m. An alternative route will be via Well End Road, Buckettsland Lane and Holmshill Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 March 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WATER LANE, KINGS LANGLEY) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Water Lane, Kings Langley from its junction with Primrose Hill south westwards for a distance of approximately 163m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Primrose Hill, Railway Terrace,
Lower Road, Red Lion Lane, Nash Mills Lane, A4251 (Hempstead Road/High Street), Church Lane and Water Lane
or via Station Road, Home Park Mill Link, A4251 (Watford Road/ High Street), Church Lane and Water Lane.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaningworks are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 March 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
