(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE EXISTING PROHIBITION OF ENTRY, EXCEPT BUSES IN THOMAS SAWYER WAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to temporarily suspend the existing prohibition of entry, except for buses Order on that length of Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford from its junction with the Willow Way/Riverwell Way roundabout south eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 220m ("the Road"), to enable all vehicles to use this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN MOVEMENTS FROM CALIFORNIA LANE INTO A4140 HIGH ROAD, BUSHEY HEATH) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from California Lane into A4140 High Road, Bushey Heath ("the Roads"), whilst works are in progress. An alternative route will be via A4140 High Road, A411 (High Road/Elstree Road), The Rutts and A4140 High Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 29 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN WATFORD FIELD ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Road whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Watford Field Road, Watford from a point 167m north east of its {unction with Tucker Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 47m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

2. that length of Watford Field Road, Watford from a point 78m south west of its junction with Lower High Street north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 120m.

An alternative route will be via Watford Field Road, Lammas Road, A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 Eastbury Road, A411 (Lower High Street/DaltonWay/ Waterflelds Way/Beechen Grove), Lower High Street and Watford Held Road or via Lower High Street, A411 (Waterfields Way/Lower High Street), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road), Lammas Road and Watford Field Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the lengths of Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN TEMPSFORD AVENUE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Tempsford Avenue, Borehamwood from its junction with Howard Drive north eastwards to its junction with Newark Green ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 424m.
An alternative route will be via Howard Drive, Balmoral Drive and Newark Green. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road, if the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOATES LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Loates Lane, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.14 Loates Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 80m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Loates Lane, Queens Road, St Johns Road, Woodford Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road, A411 Beechen Grove and Loates Lane or via Loates Lane, Lord Street, Queens Road, The Broadway and Loates Lane.
ADDITIONALLY the existing one way traffic system on Loates Lane, Watford from its junction with Queens Road south westwards to its junction with Lord Street, a distance of approximately 193 m will be temporarily suspended to enable vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH WEST SIDE OF HORSESHOE LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the cycleway situated on the south west side of Horseshoe Lane, Watford from its junction with Combewood north westwards for a distance of approximately 40m ("the Cycleway").
Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway.
The Order is needed because water pipe repair works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VICTORIA PASSAGE, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Victoria Passage, Watford from its junction with A4178 Cassio Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 35m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF OLD HOUSE LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Old House Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with Bucks Hill north eastwards for a distance of approximately 535m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane, Fir Tree Hill, Langleybury Lane and Old House Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF AN EXISTING WIDTH RESTRICTION ON WOODMERE AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to temporarily suspend the existing width restriction on that length of Woodmere Avenue, Watford from its junction with Douglas Avenue north eastwards for a distance of approximately 45m ("the Road") to enable all vehicles to use this length of Road whilst works are

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 April 2021 for a period

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ST GEORGES ROAD/ FULLER ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of St Georges Road/Fuller Road, Watford from a point 55m north east of its junction with Maude Crescent north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 93m ("the length of Roads"). An alternative route will be via St Georges Road, The Harebreaks, Longspring and Fuller Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 April 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.
