Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

Land At Home Farm, Aldenham Road, Elstree, WD6 3AZ. Retrospective permission for use of a glamping site within an established site boundary (resubmission from 20/1752/FUL). Reason: Green Belt.
21/1480/FUL/AWI & 21/1481/LBC/AWI: Walled Garden Shenley Park, Radlett Lane, Shenley. Construction of remedial piers to stabilise existing wall to the rear of Gardeners Cottage. Reason: Green Belt, Conservation Area & Within the Curtilage of a Listed Building.

, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
