HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN RADLETT LANE, SHENLEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Radlett Lane, Shenley from its junction with B5378 London Road south westwards to its junction with Shenley Public Bridleway No.010, a distance of approximately 328m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via B5378 (London Road/Black Lion Hill/Shenleybury), B556 Harper Lane, A5183 Wading Street, Shenley Hill and Radlett Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 13 December 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MIMMS LANE, RIDGE) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Mimms Lane, Ridge from its junction with Packhorse Lane north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Deeves Hall Lane, a distance of approximately 437m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Packhorse Lane, B556 St Albans Road, Blanche Lane and Earls Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 December 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (OAKMERE AVENUE AND FENTON CLOSE, POTTERS BAR) (RESTRICTION OF WATTING) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in part of Potters Bar as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. SCHEDULE:
No waiting at any time - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - At the junction of Oakmere Avenue and Ferrton Close. Existing restrictions where effected will be revoked.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (ST ALBANS ROAD, SOUTH MIMMS) (RESTRICTION OF DRIVING) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council, following a review of historic Traffic Order restrictions in St Albans Road, South Mimms, proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to revoke The Potters Bar (St Albans Road, South Mimms) (Restriction of Driving) Order 1967. The 1967 Order is considered no longer relevant to the current road layout. The restrictions, imposed on 26 July 1967 by Potters Bar Urban District Council, are no longer appropriate, given the substantial changes to the road network since that date. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 25 November 2021 during normal office hours, at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or may be viewed on-line at
