ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS EATON ROAD NW4

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate ongoing building development works and the application of yellow line road markings, they have made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily close Eaton Road NW4.
(b) temporarily introduce No waiting and No loading restrictions operating 'at any time' on the southeast side of Eaton Road NW4 from a point 10 metres southwest of the southwestern kerbline of North Street to a point 80 metres southwest of the southwestern kerbline of North Street, while the works take place. The road closure will commence at 2pm on Monday 16th May 2022 and is expected to last for 3 hours.
The waiting and loading restrictions works will commence at 8.00am on Monday 16th May 2022 and is expected to last for 18 months. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
