THE BOROUGH OF WATFORD (BUSHEY ARCHES, WATFORD) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2016 (AMENDMENT)(N0.1) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve parking availability for local residents propose to make the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order will be to formalise the reallocation of parking bays and the extension of the permit eligibility boundary as defined by the previous Order. 5 of the parking bays which were originally designated as parking bays for short stay parking with hours of operation Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 6:30pm, maximum stay of 2hrs and no return within 4hrs have been designated as Permit Holder bays with hours of operation Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 6:30pm. Permit eligibility has also been extended to residents of Ye Corner, Attenborough Court and of 9 -35 Aldenham Road. These proposals are aimed at maximising the use of the parking bays within the car park.

Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre of Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX Monday to Friday during normal office hours from 3rd February 2017, Alternatively, they can be viewed on the Council's website at www.watford.gov.uk/askparking. Electronic objections and representations can be submitted by email to developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk. The deadline for the receipt of objections is 5:30 pm on Monday 27th February 2017.
