THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CLAY LANE, BUSHEY HEATH) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Clay Lane, Bushey Heath from its junction with A411 Elstree Road south eastwards to its junction with Windmill Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 331 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via A411 Elstree Road, A409 Heathbourne Road and Clay Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN STATION ROAD, KINGS LANGLEY/GALLOWS HILL, ABBOTS LANGLEY)
ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Station Road, Kings Langley/Gallows Hill, Abbots Langley from its junction with Home Park Mill Link south eastwards to its junction with Gallows Hill Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 810 metres.
An alternative route will be via Home Park Mill Link, A4251 Watford Road, A41 Watford Road, Bridge Road, Hunton Bridge Hill, Hamilton Road and Gallows Hill. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS ON HENBURY WAY, SOUTH OXHEY) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of Henbury Way, South Oxhey from its junction with Oxhey Drive north westwards for a distance of approximately 90 metres ("the Road").
The Order is needed because the installation of yellow lines are proposed to be executed
on the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the
hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HAREFIELD ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH)
ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Harefield Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Woodcock Hill north westwards and northwards for a distance of approximately 680 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Rickmansworth Road, High Street, Church Hill, Harvil Road, Moorhall Road, Moorfield Road, A412 (North Orbital Road/Denham Way/Uxbridge Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street) and Harefield Road.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing overhead cables and tree cutting
works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 February 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (STATION ROAD, PARISH OF ABBOTS LANGLEY)
(RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in Abbots Langley Parish as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into effect on Monday 13 February 2017. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected from 10 February 2017 to 24 March 2017 during normal office hours, at the offices of Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth; Abbots Langley Parish Council, Parish Council Offices, Langley Road, Abbots Langley; and at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford or viewed on line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by clicking on PTRO's and looking in Three Rivers DC (Under Ref: TR/002/16)
Enquiries relating to the Order should be referred to the Highways Engineer concerned Nicola Simstel: 01992 658221 ornicola.sims6hei1fordshire.gov.uk Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
SCHEDULE: No waiting at any time - that section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - a 5 metre length in the vicinity of 52 Station Road. One existing parking bay will be removed as a result.
