Reason: Conservation Area.

17/1242/FUL/PDO: 12 - 14 High Road, Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a detached building fronting the High Road comprising a commercial unit at ground floor level for A1/A3 use with office accommodation above over first and second floor levels; Erection of a pair of 2 storey, 4 bed, semi detached dwellings to rear of site, to include habitable loft accommodation with landscaping and associated parking, accessed via an existing crossover at Springfields. Reason: Conservation Area.

Patchetts Equestrian Centre, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford. Application for variation of condition 27 to allow for amended plans showing modifications in respect of all house types following grant of planning permission 15/1433/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

17/1269/FUL/JTA: Kemp Place Car Park Rear Of 37 High Street, Bushey WD23 1BD. New vehicle access via Kemp Place car park to serve 37 High Street. Reason: Conservation Area.

Land Rear Of Grove House, High Street, Bushey, WD23 IBB. Demolition of 2 existing garage blocks and erection of two blocks of 2x2 bed semi-detached 1.5 storey residential dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping . Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood Offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
